Farnham Fireworks & Torchlit Procession

Each year, Farnham Round Table organise the Farnham Fireworks & Torchlit Procession. Starting in central carpark, you can purchase flaming torches to carry up Castle Street to Farnham Park. Once in the park there is a huge bonfire to warm your hands on, a guy competition with entries from local schools and nurseries, a variety of food and drink outlets, entertainment, and of course the fireworks. Farnham Fireworks & Torchlit Procession 2022 is planned to take place on Saturday 5th November 2022. Tickets can be purchased in advance via the following link (opens in September 2022), or the locations listed below:


Farnham Park will be open from 5pm, with a Food Village for young families wanting to eat early. Stalls and food/drink vendors to be confirmed closer to the event.

Entertainment will be laid on throughout the evening, starting at 5pm, including live music. Acts and performers to be confirmed closer to the event.

The Reading Pipers Band will lead the torchlit procession from Central Car Park, up Castle Street, and to the park entrance. Heading the procession will be the Mayor of Farnham, and the Farnham Round Table Chairman.


The Procession will leave Central Car Park at 6pm. Torches and glow novelties will be on sale in the car park.

Local schools will again enter our guy competition, which will be judged by the Mayor before the bonfire is lit at 7:15pm.

The fireworks display begins at 7:45pm, following a countdown led by our compère on the PA.

Entry & Parking

Entry to the park is available via multiple entrances. Folly Hill pathway, main car park (Folly Hill), Bear Gate, Upper South View, Wykeham Road, Bells Piece.

Driving to the event is discouraged. Parking is available in Farnham car parks however Central and Wagon Yard car parks are best avoided due to restricted access.

Where to Buy

Digital tickets will be on sale via our website from September. You will receive an email with a QR code which can be scanned on the gate on the night.

Paper tickets will be on sale throughout September and October at locations to be confirmed.

On the night, cash only paper tickets will be sold in Central Car Park, and on the gates, as usual. You will also still be able to purchase digital tickets via our website on the night; if you need to use a debit or credit card.

Other Information

This is a community event organised by the Farnham Round Table (and 41 Club), supported by volunteers from Farnham schools, Scouts, Hedgehogs, Farnham Cricket Club, Bourne Blades Football Club, and Farnham Tangent.

All proceeds from the event will directly support local causes and our community. Tickets are a non-refundable donation to Farnham Round Table in aid of local causes within our community.

The organisers will not be liable for loss or damage to personal property.

For everyone’s safety do not bring fireworks to the event, including sparklers.
